Data Deletion Request

You can delete your Content Engine data at any time. This page also serves as our data deletion instructions for accounts connected via Instagram/Meta.

How to request deletion

• In the app: Settings → your account → “Delete my data”, or
• Email info@weare-4d.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”.

What gets deleted

• Source footage and rendered videos stored in object storage (Cloudflare R2)
• Transcripts, briefs, cuts, and edit history in our database
• Any connected-platform access tokens (e.g. Instagram), which are revoked
• Scraped public-profile context gathered for brief generation

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when complete. Backups containing residual copies are purged on their rolling cycle.

Instagram / Meta

If you connected an Instagram account, deauthorizing Content Engine in your Instagram settings triggers our deletion callback, which revokes tokens and removes associated data as described above. You can confirm completion by emailing info@weare-4d.com.
